This is our family’s second home and our favorite place to be!  It  
is a 1,450 SF, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, luxurious 8th floor condo unit at  
the newly renovated, world class, Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa; the  
only 4 star, 4 diamond resort in southwest Florida! The Sanibel  
Harbour Resort is situated on a private peninsula on 100 acres of  
lush, tropical, unspoiled San Carlos Bay waterfront off the Gulf of  
Mexico. 
 
Situated at water’s edge the unit has a truly unobstructed,  
panoramic view of Sanibel, Captiva, Pine, and numerous preserve  
islands. Enjoy the many Resort amenities or area attractions; or  
just enjoy quiet times walking our private beach, or gazing out  
over the bay and islands from our large private lanai to often spot  
dolphins, manatee, eagles, and other birds and wildlife. You can  
almost reach out and touch them! Bay views from every room! and, a  
western orientation for those glorious sunsets! Use our blender to  
make your favorite island drink, relax, and enjoy!

Saturday to Saturday Rentals (some exceptions during off-peak season)

Jul - Oct   $  925.00 
Nov - Dec   $1,310.00 
 
2008 Special Rate Weeks: 
Mar 15 & 22 $2,400.00 - each  
Nov 22      $1,600.00 
Dec 20 & 27 $1,600.00 - each 
 
Rates are subject to combined Tourist & Sales Tax of 11% 
 
Multiple weeks discounts:  2 = 10%; 3 = 15%; 4 = 20%; monthly = 20%  
of 4.3 weeks rates. 
 
Reservations confirmed upon receipt of a 20% Rental Deposit ($300.00  
minimum).  Rental Deposits are non-refundable. 
 
Rental balance must be received at least 3 weeks prior to occupancy. 
 
Damage Deposit: $300.00 (fully refundable subject to unit inspection).
