New Jersey is safe and convenient. Stay at this beautiful 600sqft refurbished condo in historic Downtown Jersey City - just minutes away from Midtown and Downtown Manhattan.
The unit has 2 queen sized beds and 1 sofa bed. TV and internet is included.
It's a safe neighborhood - only 5 blocks from the Hudson River in the best part of town.
Address is: 314 Sixth Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302 (see the location on Google maps)
Regarding parking: You can also take my lease and get a residential parking permit from the city and street park in front of the building for $15 a year. (plenty of spaces - highly recommended)

Directions: When flying in to Newark Airport (EWR), catch the PATH train from Newark to Grove Street (Jersey City) Then walk to the condo / take a cab.
