  No expense was spared in the design or amenities of this gorgeous condominium.  The hardwood floors take you into the gorgeous granite countertops of the kitchen and comfy living area that is open to an amazing view.  Each room filled with the amenities to make your stay fill like home.  The spacious balcony includes a large living space complimented with a ceiling fan and surround sound.  This should definitely guarantee many enjoyable evenings with the entire family.  The master suite has a queen size bed with private access to the balcony.  Leading into the large master bath trimmed with garnet enjoy the dual head walk-in shower or after a fun day at the beach, soak in the large jet tub.  Other bonuses on this floor are a second spacious bedroom with a full size bed, half bath and laundry closet equipped with washer and dryer.  The upstairs portion of the condo consists of an extremely spacious great room.  This room has a reclining leather wrap around couch that faces the large flat screen television which includes a blue-ray DVD player and a Sony PS3.  The perk of the room is the second couch which pulls out into a comfortable queen size bed.  Off this room is a beautiful full bath and huge third bedroom with a queen size bed that captures a stunning view of Pentwater Lake.

The Village of Pentwater is Hometown America filled with so many summer activities for the entire family to enjoy.  The town offers many wonderful summertime craft shows, sailboat races, holiday parades, festivals and band concerts.    Silver Lake is 15 minutes away with its’ incredible dunes and Michigan Adventure Land is 25 minutes away.  For the winter enthusiasts, numerous ski areas are located within 45 minutes of the condominium.   

Weekend rentals are from Friday to Friday.

Spring Rate May 20 to June 26th $2100/week

Summer Rate June 26 - September 6th...$2500/weekly (Weekly rental only during these weeks)

Fall Rate September 6- October 31st $1300/weekly, (Weekend rates available)

$250.00  reservation deposit non-refundable-apllied to total bill

a refundable $300 security deposit will be required for all stays
