BEHLA Town - A beautiful modern house with pool and garden in Tulum

A modern and unique 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house with pool and spacious private garden and a separate terraced master suite on the second floor.

Behla Town is an oasis in the heart of Tulum pueblo. Outside its colorful patchwork gate is the essence of Tulum: casitas, restaurants, tortillerias, shopping. Inside the gate is a sanctuary of green grass, trees, water and glass; 4 meters of windows look out on a private garden with grass, trees and a pool.

The house is one of the closest town-based locations to the beach access road -- just a 5 minute drive to Tulum's pristine white beaches or the renowned Mayan ruins or Tulum, or 15 minutes to the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve (a 1.3 million acre park classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site). The decor is a fusion of Mexican color and modern design.

HOUSE: The house, at garden level, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen/living area with floor to ceiling glass walls (13ft/4m) and french doors that open onto a private grassy garden with trees and a pool. Amenities include AC/fans, cable tv, wireless internet, modern appliances and Egyptian cotton sheets. Capacity for 5-6 in bedrooms (1 master bedroom with private bathroom and king sized bed; 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and queen and full, respectively, sized beds).

MASTER SUITE: up outside stairs is a spacious master bedroom (king-sized bed) and bathroom (soak tub and shower), with a private terrace. Accessible via separate entrance. Amenities include wireless internet, fans and Egyptian cotton sheets.

Summer 2010:  

     3BR House at garden level:  $2100/wk

Four night minimum. Weekly rentals are generally from Sat to Sat. Additional surcharge may apply for larger groups and special events.

Payment may be made by bank or other transfer, or MC/Visa/Discover/Amex (credit card subject to a 4% surcharge). 50% due upon reservation; remainder due 45 days in advance. We request a valid credit card number to reserve (pending payment), as well as in lieu of a cash deposit.

Payments are non-refundable; provided, however, that the amount, if any, for which Behla Town is re-rented during the reserved period may be applied to the rental thereof at another date.
