Fantastic rates for end of August in North Myrtle Beach

Sea Pointe, located in the northern most section of North Myrtle Beach at Cherry Grove, is quiet, serene, and family friendly. Pull into the driveway and allow the palm trees and exotic plantings to welcome you to Paradise. This solid, concrete building which is kept in pristine condition and it's soothing color is the passageway to a relaxing, refreshing seaside adventure.  Get acquainted with your surroundings by taking one of the two elevators down to the first floor (or the stairs if you desire).  Walk past the indoor heated pool and hot tub onto the large outside sundeck  complete with lounge chairs and showers.  A few steps more lead you to the white sandy beach - you have now arrived!!! Choose to unwind either on the sand or sundeck where the comforting ocean sounds and views of the dolphins frolicking in the ocean surround you. The amazing views from our spacious 5th floor unit and 18 x 8 foot balcony, may keep you (for a time) from the beach below.The condo was entirely freshly painted, new tile floors throughout and modern lighting added in 2013. Get up early and see the sunrise from your large 18x8 foot private tiled balcony, also watch the dolphins playing in the ocean. Sit on the Captain chairs with your beverage and gaze out to the sea while listening to the peaceful calm of the waves. Watch as the day turns into a moonlit evening, yes, this is living! Cherry Grove beaches are clean and never feel crowded. Our condo, (approx. 1,240 Sq. Feet), has a well-stocked kitchen with ample glasses, plates, silverware, cookware, spices, and utensils with lots of counter space for preparing family meals. We have many board games in the living room along with 50 wholesome family DVDs, a leather sofa and large sized Berkline leather recliner. The Master bedroom has full glass sliding doors, past the elegant sun blocking drapes which open out to the balcony, and the Ocean. Brand new '2012' Plush Pillow Top King bed, two end tables,iron and ironing board,  dresser and two double closets. The private Master bathroom which was updated 2013, has a Jetted tub, hi toilet, and double sink vanity.  2nd Guest Bedroom,  Inlet waterview,  1) Queen bed, new Plush Pillow Top Bed '2012', two end tables, dresser, large closet and connects to the second full bathroom which was updated 2012. 3rd bedroom, bunk bed (steel frame, called Monster bunkbed) with a full size bed on the bottom and twin on top, great for adults and kids, also an end table, dresser and closet. Every bedroom has at least 2 windows, TV, Blu-Ray Disc/CD/DVD player, smoke detector, and alarm clock.

You don't have to cross a street to park, its all right here.  We are close to everything, yet, also far enough away to enjoy the beach. We can sit on our balcony and watch our pre- teen son skim-board along the beach knowing he is safe because he is also under the watchful eye of lifeguards. Its important to us that you enjoy the accomodations we have prepared for you because we want you to have the best vacation ever!

There are two players & chargers for iPod touch (1st & 2nd generation), iPod classic. iPod nano (4th & 5th generation),and iPhone (3GS), in master bedroom and bunk bed room - leave chargers home and listen to your favorite music here. I also have two dual USB chargers.

Rentals are easy to find, but nice ones, are hard to forget!  

I offer more in-room amenities than almost everybody else.

Every Bedroom and the Livingroom has a TV and Blu-Ray Disc/CD/DVD player. which also plays regular DVDs. Master and bunk-bed room have HD TVs 1080p, 120hz, which have the best, sharpest picture, and children will love the clarity for their games. Bunk-bed room has a 32in HD 1080p /120hz TV with XBOX 360/250GB and Playstation 3 160GB/GO games with 2 controllers each and chargers for each game. I have 'Minecraft' downloaded onto the XBOX for you.

Both bathrooms have hair dryers, also filled, shampoo and conditoner dispensers.

Livingroom has entire width of glass patio doors past the sun blocking decorative drapes onto the oceanfront balcony. Besides the TV there is also a  sound system, phone with answering machine, free local and long distance (USA) calls, WiFi, leather queen sleeper sofa, over-sized leather recliner, plenty of seating, board games, 50 family DVDs, Ninja Blender and lots of storage cabinets and counter top space for your souvenirs and lap top. 4 USB chargers.

Dining Room table seats six and also has two bar stools for kitchen counter seating.

Fully stocked kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinets, LED accent lighting over the sink area, new smooth-top cooking range, frig w/ ice maker, brand new Bosch dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, 2 coffee makers, one is a Keurig K-Cup coffee machine, George Foreman Grill, digital crock pot, many pots including large 3 gallon SS pot, even a swivel spice rack with spices already in their for you.

Brand New Washer, Dryer and quiet Bosch Dishwasher. All are full size appliances.

Departure show the date as a Friday, that is your last 'night' of staying, but you dont depart till the following day.                            

Rates include: All bed linens and pillow cases, bath towels, face and handcloths, Departure cleaning, Starter amenities of hand and bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand lotion, dishwasher & washing machine detergent, fabric softner, spices in the kitchen, kitchen towel, garbage bag, paper towels, each bath with toilet paper, WiFi, Local and Long Distant (USA) calls included. No hidden charges or fees!

Rates do not include 12% tax for- State, City, County, and Accomadation tax.

Refundable Security/Reservation depo is $250.00 and returned promptly after condo inspection.

After receiving Deposit and signed Agreement, the date is then reserved.

50% of payment is due 1 month after acceptance of reserved date, final payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Holiday weeks- Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve add $100.00 to the weekly rate.

Sea Pointe does not allow motorcycles, trailers, campers, pets by tenants, and smoking are all strictly prohibited. Violations result in prompt eviction with no monies refunded.

Parking garage height limit is 6'9 inches.

Renters must be 25+ years old and will have to show drivers liscense to on-site manager at check in and stay with group the entire time.

Until reservation is confirmed, rates and availability are subject to change without notice.

Daily rates are with a 3 night minimum unless a holiday is in that week, then it is a 4 night minimum. Weekly rentals are Sat-Sat.  Any "Deals" are with a 7 night stay, unless mentioned otherwise.
