New Atlantis Club Condo Waterfront Complex in Largo

A Huge Disappointment :(

When I walked into the condo I realized at once that I had made a huge mistake. There was dirt, grit and hair all over the tiled kitchen and dining area. The Living / dining room reeked of urine and the bathroom was filthy. Recent conversations with one of the owners informed me that the co-owner had been using the condo until about a week before I arrived. I phoned the one who had not been there but she was not able to talk and said I should call the other owner who had been there recently. The one who had recently visited, was very rude to me so I wished her, "Happy Holidays", and hung up. Next I went to the refrigerator to place some food that I had purchased. There I found sour milk and eggs that were past their expiration date as well as other groceries that needed to be thrown away. The towels in the kitchen were so dirty that I bought my own. The bathroom floor had small tiles that were suppose to be white. The floor was so dirty that it appeared to be black around the toilet. The bathtub and sink were also dirty and had personal property left by the owner everywhere. The towels and bathmats that were in the bathroom and linen closet were so filthy that I bought my own. The bed in the master bedroom was not made. Sheets that I hope were clean were folded on top of the bed. The bedspread and shams were also filthy and personal belongings of the owner were all over the dresser. Fortunately I was able to locate someone the second day I was there to come and clean the place the following day. On the fourth day the sister who had not recently been in the place called and asked if she needed to get someone in there to clean. I told her that I had already taken care of it. I regret greatly that I stayed in this condo and would not recommend it to anyone.
