"Windemere" is a 3 bedroom spacious traditional cottage with an open
floor plan that sleeps 6. Waterfront with decks & common laundry
access. Three double beds.

Occupancy: Saturday to Saturday
Check out 11am Check in 3pm
Rental rates are in U.S. $ and subject to change prior to deposit

Reservation Payments:
Half 50%) of the gross rental amount plus deposits are due when the
reservation is booked, with the balance due 30 days prior to
arrival. In the event your reservation is made less than 30 days
prior to your arrival, we ask you to make immediate and prompt
payment. Your dates are not guaranteed until deposit and signed
rental agreement is received. Any payment made less than ten days
prior to arrival must be in the form of a bank/cashiers check or
money order, personal checks will not be accepted. An additional
$25 service fee will apply to each check returned for insufficient
funds. Renters must be minimum age of 25.

Cancellations and Change Reservation Policies:
Cancellations with 30 days notice will receive a refund, less 15% of
the gross rental paid to date if we can re-rent the same property
for the same period. If we cannot re-rent the same property for the
same time period, the full amount pre-paid must be forfeited. Any
cancellation less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of
full rental fee. Please note that if a reservation is changed, the
change will be treated as a cancellation and the same terms will
apply. We strongly encourage you to seek out travel insurance.


Pets:
We are happy to say that our vacation homes is pet friendly,
and allows you to bring your dog with you to the lake! In most
cases, pets are limited to two domestic, house broken, well behaved
animals. Pets are required to be leashed and kept on property as a
courtesy to neighbors. There is a non-refundable pet fee that will
appear on your rental agreement ($50.00). Guests will also be asked
to review, approve and return a copy of our Pet Agreement. Please
let us know when making your reservation if your friend is coming
along. Non-sanctioned pets are strictly forbidden. Violators of this
policy may be asked to leave the property without refund and incur
an additional cleaning charge. The owner does not take
responsibility for allergies or other conditions arising at any
cottage, whether noted “no pets” or not.

Cleaning:
Unlike other rental properties we do not charge an additional
cleaning fee only a deposit. We clean and inspect your vacation
home prior to your arrival and before you leave. It is expected the
home will be in the same condition that it was upon arrival and the
guests are responsible for cleaning before they leave. Cleaning
supplies are provided. Please dispose of all trash and recyclables
in the provided outdoor receptacles. Keep the plumbing free of toys
and other foreign items. Failure to do so will result in a loss of
the cleaning/security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded
via Company Check within 14 days of departure if there is no damage
and the cottage is clean at final inspection.

Smoking:
Windermere is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the
buildings and on the property.
