"The Villages of Bonita" is centrally located on Old US 41, just 20 minutes
south of Southwest International Airport(RSW) and 5 minutes north of Naples.
During your stay you will be just minutes from gulf beaches, golf
courses, restaurants, and shopping. (The new Coconut Point Mall is
less than 10 minutes away!) There are no transfer fees to
use the amenities which include a beautifully maintained clubhouse,
fitness room, swimming pool, large hot tub, lighted tennis courts &
shuffle board.
Enjoy easy access to this ground floor unit with attached one car
garage. The spacious, open floor plan totals 1471 sq. ft. of living
area with high ceilings and privacy buffer around the tiled lanai.
The master suite features a California King bed and television, and the guest room
has two extra long twin beds. The spacious master bath has dual
sinks, an extra large tub and a separate enclosed shower.
This unit comes fully furnished with new furniture and
includes a fully equipped kitchen containing everything you will
need during your stay. Additional features include a desk/office area
and a futon that can sleep another person.
