Here you can enjoy the "award-winning" beach, the clear azure waters  
of the Gulf of Mexico, and Sarasota's many cultural attractions:  
theater, opera, ballet, museums and art galleries. You can walk to:  
Grocery, restaurants, shops and boutiques, post office, pharmacy,  
fishing/diving, banks, boat rentals, ski-doo rentals, less than two  
hours to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World 
 
This beautiful villa is completely furnished and fully equipped.  
There are laundry facilities located in the unit. All linens,  
dishes, cooking & eating utensils, iron and ironing board are  
provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This complex is situated on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds  
in the Jamaica Royale Resort. 
The Villa overlooks one of three heated swimming pools.  The villa 
includes designated  
covered parking, Central Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, Full  
Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils and  
Linens provided, Washer and Dryer in the Villa. On Site Management  
Office for your convenience.

Over 20 golf courses within 1/2 hour drive. Sea Life (Mote Marine  
Aquirium) and Wildlife (Myakka State Park), Boat rentals, Dolphin  
Tours, Bicyle rentals, Tennis, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping,

Rental prices are subject to taxes and fees of 11%. 
Advance deposit required: $250.00 (Changed to a Damage Deposit upon  
arrival.)
