Located in the quaint, quiet and family oriented borough of Seaside Park, NJ, the family resort.

The house for rent is the cottage at the rear of the property. It is located 1/2  block from a children oriented, suitable for preteens, playground and a bay side beach protected by a  life guard. Adjacent to this beach is a pier for your fishing or crabbing pleasure. Not a Fisherman? You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets across Barnegat Bay from this vantage point.

If the beach and surf is what you crave for, both are located a short 1 1/2 block ride or walk away. Two beach badges are included with this rental. Children under 12 years of age are admitted to the ocean and bay beaches without charge .

The house itself is two stories. The main level contains two Living Rooms, Kitchen with dining area, washer dryer and microwave. In the Living Rooms there are two pull out sofas. One is Queen Size and the other a Double Size.

Exit the sliding glass doors in the Living Room into the yard. There you will find a table, umbrella, six chairs and a Bar-B-Que. Enjoy your meals, read a book or just kick back and relax out back.

On the second floor are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms include one king, one twin and one twin. All the rooms on the second floor have skylights which bring the outdoor light inside.

The Blue Lady(82052) and The Haven(82053) are the perfect venue for a Family Reunion.There is plenty of space for all of the family. These properties, located on the same lot,can be rented in conjunction with each other. Have a great big family Bar-B-Que in the yard equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and gas grills.

For Your Enjoyment and pleasure,the entertainment center , in the Living Room includes a 26" TV, a VCR, DVD Player, CD Player and Stereo Receiver. All you need are your own CD'S and DVD'S to enjoy this system.

We know that you are on vacaton but "Just In Case" there is a stackable washer and dryer located in the kitchen. Hopefully you won't need it but, "Just In Case" there is a ironing board and iron located in the back porch area.

The kitchen has all the standard features including a microwave. There is seating for six in the kitchen dining area.

The wole house has been freshly painted.

Seaside Park is a little over 100 years old. It is a family oriented community. There are public beaches which require Badges for those over twelve years of age. Two Badges are included with the rental.

Seaside Heights is where the action is. The "Heights" is a short car ride or a nice leisurely boardwalk stroll away. The "Heights"  has a Boardwalk rides, games, amusements and plenty of food. The Funtown Pier is located in Seaside Park. If you are lucky, you might bump into Snooky or The Situation on the boardwalk at the New Jersey Shore.

The "Heights" not for you? Travel one mile in the other direction to South Seaside Park. Here you will find a wide assortment of restaurants catering to families.
