Alpine Aerie: New, deluxe house inside NP Gates! in Yosemite

Welcome to our BRAND NEW mountain house, Alpine Aerie! We believe you will truly enjoy your stay in the tastefully decorated house with a great floor plan. 

The three-story house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a large game room downstairs. Master bedroom (king size bed) and the master bath are located on the top floor as well as a loft area with queen size sleeper sofa.

Kitchen, living area and two bedrooms (queen size beds) and second bathroom are located in the middle level. Entrance to the house is through the middle level, easy access from the parking space: only 15 feet from the parking area to the deck, one step down and two steps up to the main level of the house.

Kitchen is fully equipped with modern, new appliances and beautiful locally harvested granite countertops. The dining area seats 10-12.  The great room is furnished around the gas fireplace and large windows so you can take advantage of the mountain scenery of evergreens, oaks and manzanitas.

The game room is located downstairs. It has a double size futon sofa, chairs, TV, WII, game table (ping pong, 3/4 size pool, air shuffle, flick football) and dry bar with a refigerator. The third bathroom is also located downstairs.

Relax and unwind on your private deck while listening to sounds of wildlife (mule deer, squirrels, Steller's Jays and coyotes are frequent visitors) and watching stunning sunsets that only Yosemite has to offer.

The house is located in the Yosemite West neighborhood (elevation approximately 5,000 ft) off highway 41. While Yosemite West is technically not inside the National Park, it is surrounded on three sides by the Yosemite National Park and Sierra National Forest. However, the entrance to the neighborhood is through Yosemite National Park approximately 17 miles (27 km) inside the South Entrance. Therefore you will go through the gates before reaching the house and do not need to wait in line for the rest of your stay.

The distance from Yosemite West to famous landmarks are: Badger Pass Ski Area 6.5 miles (10,5 km), Tunnel View 8.3 miles (13,4 km), Bridalveil Falls 9.8 miles (15,8 km), Wawona Hotel 12.4 miles (20 km), Ahwahnee Hotel 15.9 miles (25,6 km), Glacier Point 16.2 miles (26 km) and El Portal 21.7 miles (35 km).

Please note that there are no large grocery stores inside Yosemite National Park, most overnight visitors bring in their food when entering the Park.
