Rate is $215 a night or $1200 weekly and (cleaning fee is $55.00) Sales Tax added is 9.5%

30 Nights or longer, No Tax paid. Summer is $3200.00 with cleaning included..

Lower rates for monthly stays or longer can be negotiated!! Longer stays also require a Deposit of Damage/Security!!

40% down at Booking (Non Refundable)  Balance Due 14 nights Prior.

 Sleeps 1-5 only,including children.

Visa Master Card or Discover as well as Debit cards. Remaining Balance due 14 days (2 weeks) prior to check in.  Can accept CHECKS in USA with Credit Card on File.

DOGS ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS HOME ONLY. ON A WEEKLY STAY OR LONGER, Non Refundable Fee for cleaning and damage will apply. (NO CATS)
