Sunset Cottages Unit 3C- Island Decor. This third floor 1056 square feet, Gulfside vacation rental condo is set up like a townhome. Two bedrooms plus bunks. One upstairs and one downstairs- each with a private balcony. Master has private bath. Affords great privacy for guests and families. There is a set of twin bunks in the hall way adjacent to the downstairs bedroom. Master has a queen size bed and TV, Second bedroom has a full size bed and TV. Queen size sleeper in living area. Unit sleeps up to 8 guests. Graco Pack n Play available in unit. High Chair available in unit.
The living area has a balcony with french doors, TV/DVD player. Lots of windows and a soft Island decor. Bar height dinette set for four. Full kitchen ready to cook in. Large capacity washer and dryer stackable. Wireless Internet!

Beach set ups (two chairs and a umbrella) set up for you at the beach by the beach attendant, price included in rent. March through October.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and a game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels and beach toys.
The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of only 19 units. The pool is centered in the middle of the complex so every unit has a view. Barbeque area next to the pool. 100 yards to the beach on private boardwalk. No streets to cross.

Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin and is a quiet family-type beach area. This condo truly feels like a home away from home.
