Living area hosts a leather loveseat and sleeper sofa that fold out to a queen. Large armoire for extra storage for clothing for guests staying in living area. Very large floor to ceiling glass doors to balcony with black out drapes. 50" plasma HDTV flat screen and DVD player. You will love to watch movies on this great TV. Ipod Stereo charger and docking station. Large oversized balcony with sitting for 4 and bench storage container with beach toys.

Fully stocked top-notch kitchen with everything you could need to cook a full meal. Dining table that sits six people with light dimmers for those nice dinners in. Large capacity stackable washer and dryer.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Activities (on-site and nearby): Waterscape-water wonderland of resorts. I cannot say enough about this resort. Once there you will not want to leave to go anywhere else. 490 feet of pristine beach. Three beautiful pools, waterfalls, lazy river, water features, zero entry pool with rope climb and floating lilly pads. Adult Pool, small childrens splash zone with built in water slide and toys to play on. (Pool is heated in cooler months). Courtyard is full of swings, gathering areas, weber gas grills, 2 hot tubs, shuffle board area, tiki bar. Childrens shaded playground. Elite work out room also overlooking courtyard. Indoor game room, covered parking. Walking distance to the Fishing Pier and Gulfarium. Walking distance to Waffle House, Fudpuckers, Old Bay Steamer, Cash's Liquor Store. You could spend your entire time and the resort and not have to drive anywhere.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will forfeit $50 of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days of arrival with forfeit the $200 deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days of arrival with forfeit rental amount unless we are able to rebook the unit. Full refund for cancellations due to a hurricane.
