POOL OPEN 7AM-11PM.
All other 19 pools are located in common areas, either long walk or
must drive to.
Two bedrooms ,two full baths walk in shower in master bedroom., with
large California King bed in master and queen in guest room.
TVS/dvds in both bedrooms. Flat screen TVs , THRU- OUT ,with stereo sound in
living room.dvd/vcr/radio.
TWO leather couches in living room. Central air and heat . Patio
with GAS BBQ, chairs,table., overlooking golf course.on greenbelt.
Located on 13th tee with greenbelt for privacy and end unit. no other
units across street or next too, just pool. Mountain views.
Complex is a 24 hr guard gated entry with entry for owners and
guests only. They patrol with 24 hr security.
the unit is ,located on a 18 hole par 72 championship golf course by
Ted Robinson , with water holes and large fairways.
There is a clubhouse, entertainment,snack bar , resturant,and bar.
on site.
You may use the driving range , practice putting ,and pitching there
too.
Tennis players can play 13 day or night lit courts with stadium
