Waterscape Unit A517-Upscale georgous condo with 10ft ceilings, crown molding with platinum grade furnishings with an Island Flare and unique decor through out. Flat screen TV/DVD electronics, granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances. Two master suites plus bunk room with two 1/2 baths on the 5th floor. Large spacious unit.

Master suite 1 hosts a king size bed, full private bath with double vanites, soaking tub and seperate tiled shower. Flat Screen TV/Dvd player and private door to the balcony. Master suite 2 hosts a queen size bed, full private bath with vanity, soaking tub and tiled shower. Flat screen TV/Dvd player and private door to the balcony. Bunk area with two twin beds, Flat Screen TV mounted on wall and a door for privacy. (Very few units at Waterscape have doors on the bunks areas).

Living area hosts a queen size sleeper sofa with Flat scree tv/dvd player/stereo and large sliding glass doors to the oversized balcony with a wide open view of the gulf. Located on the quiet side of the building. Additional half bath off the living area.

Fully stocked top-notch kitchen with everything you could need to cook a full meal. Pantry for extra storage. Dining table that sits six people. Large capacity stackable washer and dryer.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels (8) and a few beach toys. Graco pack n play available in unit. High speed wireless internet.

Beach service included in rent. Two chairs and an umbrella set up each day for you at the beach. (March - Oct).

If you are traveling with friends or family I have three other units at this resort. Unit A530 is on the same floor and right down the hall. I also have Unit B107 on the ground floor near the lazy river pool. Unit C604, 6th floor with views of the courtyard and gulf.

Activities (on-site and nearby): Waterscape-water wonderland of resorts. I cannot say enough about this resort. Once there you will not want to leave to go anywhere else. 490 feet of pristine beach. Three beautiful pools, waterfalls, lazy river, water features, zero entry pool with rope climb and floating lilly pads. Adult Pool, small childrens splash zone with built in water slide and toys to play on. (Pool is heated in cooler months). Courtyard is full of swings, gathering areas, weber gas grills, 2 hot tubs, shuffle board area, tiki bar. Childrens shaded playground. Elite work out room also overlooking courtyard. Indoor game room, covered parking. Walking distance to the Fishing Pier and Gulfarium. Walking distance to Waffle House, Fudpuckers, Old Bay Steamer, Cash's Liquor Store. You could spend your entire time at the resort and not have to drive anywhere.

The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Deposits: $200 damage deposit due within 7 days of reservation via check or credit card. Fully refunded after departure.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will forfeit $50 of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days of arrival with forfeit the $200 deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days of arrival will forfeit rental amount unless we are able to rebook the unit. Full refund for cancellations due to a hurricane.
Taxes & Fees: 11% Sales and Bed Tax added to rental amount.
