from lake sunapee. With views of the lake. Shared direct lake access.
The bedrroms have One queen bed , one double bed and two single beds, which should sleep 6 comfortably.
It has a large kitchen with breakfast knook, separate dining room and
living area.
Cottage also has large wrap around porch and sunroom. Kitchen is
fully equipt.
This cottage is your perfect summer rental for the whole family. The surrounding are is perfect for everyone.
This cottage is not for rental during the winter months. PLease
inquire for June, July and August. Thank you

Rental includes fully equipt kitchen, wood stove and cable. Two
parking spaces. Property is fully
equipt with linens but everything must be washed and left clean by
renters. Washer and dryer on
premesis. Property must be left in condition that is was found.

Cottage rents per week at $850 per week.
Week starts on saturday 3pm and ends Saturday 12pm.
Pet deposit will be required if bringing pet. Amount will be decided
depending on breed and size.
Deposit of 1/2 retal fee will be required to reserve and second half
30 days prior to rental week.
