Rental is a three bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom cottage just steps away
from Lake Sunapee, with views of the lake and shared direct lake access.
The bedrooms have one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds, which should sleep 6 comfortably.
It has a large kitchen with breakfast knook, separate dining room and
living area. Cottage also has large wrap around porch and sunroom and woodstove.
This cottage is your perfect summer rental for the whole family. The surrounding area includes hiking trails, boat rentals and the town of New London for shopping.
This cottage is not for rental during the winter months. Please
inquire for June, July, August & September. Thank you

Rental includes woodstove, cable and internet access. Two off street
parking spaces. Property is fully equipped with linens but everything must be washed and left clean by renters. Washer and dryer on premises. Property must be left in condition that it was found.

vacation rental rates
Cottage rents per week at $850 per week. Nightly we rent for $150 per night with a 3 night minimum stay. We also rent per month for $2800 monthly.
Week starts on Saturday 3pm and ends Saturday 12pm.
Pet deposit will be required if bringing pet. Amount will be decided
depending on breed and size.
Deposit of 1/2 rental fee will be required to reserve and second half
30 days prior to rental week.
