Rental is a three bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom cottage just steps away from lake sunapee. One queen
bed and four single bed.
It has a large kitchen with breakfast knook, separate dining room and living area.
Cottage also has large wrap around porch and sunroom. Kitchen is fully equipt.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Rental includes fully equipt kitchen, wood stove and cable. Two parking spaces. Property s fully
equipt with linens but everything must be washed and left clean by renters. Washer and dryer on
premesis. Property must be left in condition that is was found.

Vacation Rental Rates
Cottage rents per week at $850 per week.
Week starts on saturday 3pm and ends Saturday 12pm.
Pet deposit will be required if bringing pet. Amount will be decided depending on breed and size.
Deposit of 1/2 retal fee will be required to reserve and second half 30 days prior to rental week.
