Sea Colony West Lake in Bethany Beach

Enjoy your time in the quiet resort town of Bethany Beach at my pond front 2nd level condo at Sea Colony, the award winning beach and tennis resort.    The condo has a large deck over looking Westlake, where your kids and you can fish for the infamous wide mouth bass.   The greatroom is spacious and open to the full equipped kitchen.    The master bedroom has its own bath.    There is a separate den with pocket doors for privacy.    The second bedroom is done the hall, along with a second bathroom.   There are stairs to a sleeping loft, which is great for the kids.

Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus all the pots and pans you will need to feed your family.

There is an an apartment size washer and dryer in the hallway to the 2nd bathroom.

There is a 10x20 feet deck off of the greatroom with table and chairs, plus lounging chairs for some quiet time while you watch the activity on the deck facing pond.

The condo is within walking distance of the half mile private promanade and beach at Sea Colony.  But if you prefer to be driven, there is tram service and van service from the condo to the ocean.  There is limited parking for your car at the beach, but you do not really need to use it.

Sea Colony has five pools on the promanade at the ocean, plus a fitness center.   Seven other pools are scattered throughout the complex including one a block from the condo.  There is a second fitness center and indoor pool within walking distance of the condo.

Sea Colony also has 32 tennis courts if that is your passion.   Or you can bring your bicycle or roller blades and traverse the secured walkway that circles the entire west complex.    The grounds at Sea Colony are professional maintain and present an attractive and inviting place to just go for a walk, if that is your preference.
