Algonac Art Fair - Labor Day Weekend

The Cottage is available from  April until  November.

All reservations do need to be made in advance and are based upon availability.

We do NOT rent to individuals under 30 years of age or to groups,no wedding parties, bachelor parties or frat parties. The Cottage is not a party house.

We DO rent to families, couples, Fishermen/women  & freighter watchers who will take good care of our home.

Weekly Rate $1100.00

3 night Rate  $600.00

2 night Rate $450.00

A deposit of 50%  or your rate is due at the time of the reservation.

The remaining balance is due 2 no later than 2 weeks - 14 days prior to your arrival date.

All payments must be made with money orders from a U.S. bank.

HOLIDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS MAY REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT STAY - PLEASE CHECK WITH US IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON STAYING DURING PEAK HOLIDAY TIMES

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given, IF you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled reservation.

If you cancel from 4 days to 13 days prior to your scheduled visit  50% of your payment will be refunded.

If you cancel three day or less prior to your reservation or leave early during your reserved stay no refund can be given.
