This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family house located on the water. This vacation house has a fully equiped kitchen with eat in dining room. Large deck off the rear of the house which overlooks the boat dock and canal. There are 2 bedrooms located on the first floor. The one bedroom is a master suite with an attached bathroom. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor. One of them being the new master suite with a bathroom attached to it.
Pets are welcome, but a seperate security deposit is required.

While you vacation in this beach rental, you can tie your boat up to the dock that is located just outside your back door, take a walk on the nature trail, play with your kids at the park. Cable TV, DVD Player, central air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave are included. Grill is provided along with tank, but propane is not provided.
