Oakwood Cottage - Swim, Fish, Sail on Keuka Lake in Keuka Lake

Oakwood Cottage is a completely redecorated, sparkling clean 3
bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, sleeps up to 8, no smoking cottage with 66
feet of private wade-in lake frontage. Great for fishing,
kayaking, canoeing, sailing and relaxing!
Located on the eastside of Keuka Lake, approximately half way between
Hammondsport and Penn Yan, near restaurants and wineries.
Cottage is 1,100 square feet and includes living room with queen
size sleeper sofa; sunporch; fully equipped kitchen; bath with
tub/shower; first bedroom has a full-size bed, second bedroom has a
queen bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed with attached half
bath; 3 decks - 1 off the kitchen, 1 off master bedroom and 1
lakeside.

52' long permanent dock equipped with cleats, mooring whip, and swim

Kayak, canoe and Sunfish sailboat included at no extra cost.
This cottage is across a service road from the lake - there are 24
steps between the cottage and the service road and an additional 26
steps between the service road and the waterfront area.
Parking:
2 full size vehicles can park off the lower service road
1 full size vehicle and 1 boat trailer can park in upper parking area
Port-a-crib and high chair available.
Linens:
Mattress pads, blankets, bedspreads, pillows, pillow protectors
supplied.
Renter to supply own sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels.
Linen rental available - please inquire.
There is no smoking anywhere on the property.

Enjoy fishing from the end of the dock for panfish (bass
and lake trout among other species in the deeper water offshore);
kayaking and canoeing with the provided fiberglass canoe and kayak,
relaxing on the porch and decks; beautiful sunsets over Keuka Lake's
Bluff Point and beachside campfires. Dockage is provided for your
boat up to 26'.
Lots of great wineries are close to Oakwood Cottage, as it is
located on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail (midway between Barrington Wine
Cellars to the north of the cottage and Ravines Wine Cellars to the
south, both about 2 miles away).
After visiting the 13 wineries around Keuka Lake, it is only a short
drive over to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
Area activities include on-water dining (Switzerland Inn and the
Branding Iron restaurants are less than 2 miles to the south of the
cottage), gift & antique shopping, museums, Corning Glass Center,
Watkins Glen speedway, golfing, and many other things to keep you
and your family happy and occupied!

Add 4% Yates County occupancy tax to weekly rate.
Add $300 fully refundable security/damage deposit on all rentals.
