Herring Run sits on a Shipyard Cove, a wonderful tidal salt marsh with views of water, blueberry fields, salt estuary, and wildlife. This setting is a birder's and kayaker's dream! The restored Greek Revivial cottage is a pleasing blend of antique and modern architecture, with dramatic great room and stone fireplace set off by cozy nooks, antique detailing, and a new kitchen. Explore the salt estuary in the back yard or sit on the deck and watch the birds and deer. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths offer plenty of space for family gatherings. WiFi, phone, washer & dryer, bed and bath linen provided. Turn over day is Sunday.

May, June, September, October: $800 wk plus 7% tax.
July & August: $900 wk plus 7% tax.
Winter rental considered; please ask about rates.
Pet Considered: Small to mid-sized dog is allowed with prior approval. Pet fee of $100/wk is added to rent.
Damage Deposit Requried: $500 refundable damage deposit. ($550 with a pet.)
Reservations and payments: Half of rent is due when placing reservation. Remaining half of rent, tax, plus refundable damage deposit due six weeks in advance of stay. Damage deposit is returned promptly after your stay, assuming there is no damage.
