My family (3 adults and 3 kids) stayed at this lovely home with 4 of rooms and amenities for a last week of May. The experience was fantastic. The place was as advertised; it was clean, spacious, and well equipped to accommodate the needs of all my family members. Most of all, I really appreciated the courteous and prompt responses by the owner. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation in Orlando.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers

Ok, But I would not recommend

The house was ok but I would not recommend it to anyone. Upon our arrival the large trash container was left piled high at the end of the driveway, trash pick up was the day before and was not picked up. Next to the house where the trash bin went, there was more trash left in a recycle bin also piled high. We had to drag the large bin back to the trash area and then that night raccoons tore it all over the side yard, it was disgusting. There was also raw meat in one of the bags that had flies all over it after the raccoons got a hold of it. I told the owner about it as soon as we got there and it was still there when we left. The house for the most part was fine besides a squeaky bed and a broken BBQ grill. The owner has also not refunded our pool heating charge due to the fact the weather was too cold to use it. It clearly states in the agreement, if you do not use the pool let us know and we will refund your fee. I am not a picky person by any means but the trash not being taken care of and the lack of following the agreement on the owners part, took the cake for me. I also thought it was a little out of the way from everything besides Disney. I appreciated it because it was a last minute rental but I can see now why it was not rented out.
