The 2nd guest bedroom features a bunk bed, while the 3rd bedroom has a day bed (with a retractable twin bed underneath). These two guest rooms share a bathroom that is also accessible to the outdoor upper deck.

We recently purchased this house as our family's holiday home as we have been coming every year to Sanibel for over 25 years! We are therefore still finalising decorating. We will be updating and adding new photos as soon as we finish! 

The outdoor pool is heated and has a spa. There is also a grill for your use.

The west side yard has a family friendly swing/playset.

There are double-ovens, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and every accoutrement imaginable to plan and serve meals. We have just purchased this property, so all kitchen and dining-ware are brand new.

There is also a pantry and full laundry room just off of the family room.

This property is zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 28 night rentals, no exceptions.
