Vacation Rental Description

   You will be "at home in paradise" in this beautiful 3-bedroom 
townhome.  Gaze at the ocean while having breakfast on the 
lanai,then take a leisurely 2-minute stroll to the water's edge to 
watch turtles feeding near the rocky shoreline.  If you are 
fortunate, you may encounter a monk seal napping on the sandy beach 
or see a whale on the horizon.
     This 1320 sq. ft. townhome located in the gated community of Kai
Lani at Ko Olina, is built to reflect the character of traditional
Hawaiian architecture, while providing all the modern amenities,
including dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, range, 
microwave, refrigeratior with ice maker,and central air 
conditioning.  The complex has a lovely pool area, with hot tub, 
patio furniture and gas grills available for your use.
     All rooms are furnished in "island" style to reflect the 
beautiful setting.  The master suite features a large, comfortable 
bedroom with an ocean view, a generous walk-in closet, a master bath 
with dual sinks, tub, and a glass-enclosed shower.  
     A second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom 
contains two twin beds as well as a computer desk and chair.  All 
have ample storage space in dressers, chests, and closets. There are 
ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room.  
     The fully appointed kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, 
rice cooker, electric frying pan and a spice rack.  Polished granite 
countertops lend an elegant touch to the kitchen and bathrooms.
     Within walking distance at the Ko Olina resort area are 4 ocean 
lagoons perfect for swimming, snorkeling--or just lying on the 
beach.  The resort also boasts a championship golf course, Paradise 
Cove luau, the acclaimed Marriot Ihilani hotel, wedding chapels and 
a marina.
     A five-minute drive away is the town of Kapolei where you will 
find all your necessities.  There is a supermarket, drug store, many 
shops and restaurants, and a 16-plex theater.
     Whether you are seeking relaxation, adventure, or a quiet place 
to work or write, our tropical island home will meet your needs!

Vacation Rental Rates

                $4000-$5000 per month 
         

Rate varies with season, number of occupants and length of stay. 
Rentals available from 1-6 months. This property does, by project
laws, have a 30 day minimum rental period.  You may find however, 
that
booking a  month at this rental is a better value than other options
such as weekly rental or hotel stay.
Refundable security deposit required.
Cleaning fee (approximately $300) 
Mid-month cleaning available for approximately $100
No smoking or pets.
