Courtyard Villa with Private Pool near Town Squares in The Villages

 
The villa is a two bedroom, two bath stucco courtyard villa located at 1129 Alfredo Ave. in Villa de la Ramona in Santo Domingo Village. There is a fully applianced galley style kitchen and a glass enclosed lanai with pocket slider doors to a small pool (size is 8 ft. by 14 ft. and the depth is 4 ft.) with a birdcage. The side yard is pavered and there is a gas grill. There is a one and a half car garage with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has a double bed. Everything you will need for your stay is here. There is a TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. There is wifi and internet for your laptop. Thirty executive golf courses are free with Village ID. Two Village IDs are included in monthly rental. Eleven championship courses require a fee. The nearest championship golf courses are Tierra Del Sol and Hacienda. The nearest executive courses are El Diablo, El Santiago, and De La Vista. A two seat, night driveable golf cart is available for rent at $180.00 per month. This is a no smoking, no pets home. Two town squares (Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing) are just a few miles drive away. Please check calendar for availability. There is a two week minimum rental.

Villages. There are hundreds of activities for you to enjoy. There are three
town squares with live nightly entertainment. There are two bowling alleys and three movie theatres. There are many restaurants and lots of shopping.

All rental rates are subject to 9% FL taxes.

Security deposit is $200 (for two week rental) and $500 (for monthly rental). Deposit is fully refundable if villa is left in same clean condition as when rented and ready for next guests.

A night driveable golf cart is available for rental at $180 per month ($45 per week)

Two Village IDs are included for rental of one month or longer.                             

Two week rental is possible in off season, May through December. Weekly rates are $450.00 in summer and  $500.00 in spring and fall.                                                                                      
For rentals of less than one month, there is a $50.00 fee payable to the Villages for Village IDs which allow free golf on the executive golf courses. Guest passes can be provided free of charge.
