- you can choose to head on west to Tampa/St. Petersburg (just over an hour’s drive) to take in the fantastic white sandy beaches or Busch Gardens

- A one-time, cleaning fee of $80 plus tax is added to all reservations. A hotel tax of 12.5% is charged to all fees and collected by the management company (Vista Cay Management Company, LLC-awarded the "excellent" rating from TripAdvisor) at the time of rental payment. As outlined in theTerms and Conditionsfrom the company, upon arrival, guests are required to have a major credit card pre-authorized for the amount of $400, which will act as a Security Deposit against any accidental damage which may occur during your occupation in our home
- As outlined in the company's Rental Policy, a non-refundable deposit of $250 has to be paid to secure the reservation. If you book within 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking. Otherwise, the balance payment is due no later than 28 days prior to arrival
- The company recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation rental insurance
