Special - $2,000  per month in season- just reduced from $2600 per month the former rental rat.   Season starts with December and runs thru end of April,  Off season rates $1200 per month starts from May and ends in November.  A small  will be considered with a $200 non refundable pet fee. No Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, German Shepards, Doberman Pinchers will be accepted. The
rate includes, electric, basic cable,water, basic telephone service & garbage removal.
Tenants must pay 11.5% Florida State Sales Tax, if the rental is less
than 6 months.  A $100 exit cleaning fee shall apply. Hi speed Internet service is available. at tenant's cost.
