The community boasts an olympic size pool.  Singer Island Beach is 
just a short ride over the "Blue Heron Bridge" Ten minute drive to
The Gardens Mall, and just a short ride to new Publix Food Store
I-95-is just a short distance away. 

Activities and Attractions

Swin at the pool, or go to our beautiful beach, jet skiing is just
ten minutes north to Jupiter, Just south of Jupiter is the new
Fishing Pier.  Public Golf courses are available, close by is the
"Abacoa" Golf Course.  Gardens Mall for shopping with the newly added
store "Nortstroms" Bloomingdales, Macy's Sears Saks Fifth Avenue and
the newest addition the "New Downtown".  Jupiter has 16 movie 
theatres, The Maltz Dinner Theatre" and the Kravitz Center for the
Performing Arts is just 30 minutes away.  Currently playing is the
Broadway Show "Shout".  Fine and Casual Dining close by as well as
Waterfront Reataurants, try "Jettys", Jupiter Crab House, Schooner's
you'll love these picturesques waterfront restaurts overlooking the
Historic "Jupiter Lighthouse".  Swim, Fish, or Play Golf it is all
Here in the beautiful Northern Palm Beaches.

Vacation Rental Rates

 
$2600.00 per month in season starting with November, 2007 and runs
through end of April, 2008.  Off season rates $1200 per month starts 
from May 1, 2007 and ends in October of 2007. A small dog will be 
considered with a non refundable pet fee. No large dogs please. The 
rate includes,cable,water,trash pick up.
Tenants must pay 11.5% Florida State Sales Tax,if the rental is less 
than 6 months. Plus a $100 exit cleaning fee, and pay for their 
electric usage. Basic telephone service is included, however, you 
will be charged for Long distance calls.  Hi Speed Internet is 
available the cost is the tenant's responsibility for this service.
