Beautiful (3BR) Victorian cottage-like home in historic Ocean Grove
village - Approx 4 1/2 blocks from beach and 3 short blocks to Main
Avenue restaurants and stores. Come to the Victorian village of
Ocean
Grove and witness the "time warp" for yourself. You will swear that
time has been reversed by at least 50 years and you have known your
new "neighbors" for almost as long. Ocean Grove is the perfect
antidote for the stressful demanding schedules that seem far too
typical today.

 My home is a Quaint Victorian duplex with comfortable period
furnishings, located in a charming and desirable neighborhood with
generous front porch and porch swing. The homes located on this
block
were recognized by the Ocean Grove Historical Society in 2004 with
an
award for historical preservation.

Has 3 bedrooms (two full beds and one set of twin trundle beds), 1
bathroom, kitchen (with new dishwasher) and dining room/living room
with hardwood floors throughout. House can provide sleeping
accommodations for a total of 6 people comfortably (but has a futon
for extra guests). TV/VCR/DVD with cable, washer/dryer, A/C, BBQ
grill and small back yard. Short walk to the NJ Transit Train
Station
to NYC.

We are pet friendly, but all requests to bring pets are subject to
owner approval and $50 pet fee. No cats please.

Bed Set-up: 2 fulls, 2 twins, 1 sleep sofa

Some of the obvious activities include: swimming, surfing, fishing,
sailing or strolls on the boardwalk. Other activities include:
antiquing, golf, tennis, shuffle board, music events at either the
Ocean Grove Auditorium, the PNC Bank Arts Center or the Jersey Shore
Performing Arts Center in Ocean Grove.

November 2009 through May 2010  - Monthly rental rate is $1250/month plus utilites (ask for weekly rates if interested)

Summer 2010 Season - currently hoping to rent the house to one party for the entire summer season;  The rent for the Summer 2010 season is$15,500 plus utilities.  If the house is not rented for the entire Summer season by March 2010, I will then consider monthly and/or weekly rentals.
