Beautiful newly-renovated (3BR) Victorian cottage-like duplex home in historic Ocean Grove village - Approx 4 1/2 blocks from beach and 3 short blocks to Main
Avenue restaurants and stores. Come to the Victorian village of
Ocean Grove and witness the "time warp" for yourself. You will swear
that time has been reversed by at least 50 years and you have known
your new "neighbors" for almost as long.
My home is a Quaint Victorian duplex with comfortable period
furnishings, located in a charming and desirable neighborhood with
generous front porch and porch swing. In March 2010, the kitchen was completely renovated with new marble counter-top, new hardwood floors, newly refinsihed cabinets; new marble tile floor & new sink/toilet were installed in bathroom.
My house has 3 bedrooms (two full beds &1 twin trundle bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen & dining room/living room with hardwood floors throughout. House can provide
sleeping accommodations for a total of 6 people comfortably (but has a
futon for extra guests). TV/VCR/DVD with cable, washer/dryer, A/C, BBQ
grill and small back yard. Short walk to the NJ Transit Train Station
to NYC.
We are pet friendly, but all requests to bring pets are subject to
owner approval and $50 pet fee. No cats please.

Performing Arts Center in Ocean Grove.
