The Riverview Rental is a 5,500 square ft. house that borders the Little Deschutes for over 500 feet with great mountain views.  It sits on three wooded acres and has a private indoor heated swimming pool and a movie theater room with a 160 inch screen and leather recliners set up in stadium seating.  This beautiful home features vaulted ceilings and five bedrooms that each have a Queen bed (with thick pillowtop mattresses and down comforters) and one bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. The game room offers a regulation size slate-bed pool table, foosball table, X-box 360, Wii, dartboard, and board games.  This room can provide hours of enjoyment for youngsters and adults.  One of the living spaces also includes a poker/bumper pool table.  On the back porch, you’ll find a covered 7 person hot tub.  There’s a dog kennel and large fenced yard for your furry friend. A great variety of wildlife, including deer, otter, beaver, hawks, quail, and jumping trout can be viewed from the home. You can enjoy fishing on the Little Deschutes in the crystal clear trout river, with good numbers of Browns and Rainbows. This home has a swimming pool room with a 8X40 lap pool, theatre room with stadium seating, and a 160 inch screen. There is a game room with a regulation 4X8 Pool Table, Foosball Table, Dart Board, and a Big Screen television with XBOX 360 and Wii with games. There is also another big screen television in the living room. The upstairs lounge has views of Central Cascade Mountain Peaks of Mt. Bachelor; Broken Top; and South, Middle, and North Sister to the west. You can see Paulina Peak to the east from the upper 2 bedrooms of the lounge area. This home features 1,000 square feet of decking. The banks of The Little Deschutes River are a short walk from the home across 4 acres of private property all for your enjoyment. It is not uncommon to see deer, elk, ducks, geese, quail, and other wildlife at different times of the year. Fishing for Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout from the property is for your enjoyment.
