Weekly & Monthly rates based on low/high season.  High Season: November through May; Low Season June through September.  Not available on a nightly basis.  Utility fees are additional to the weekly & monthly rate.

50% due upon date of reservation; balance due 30-days prior to check-in.  A refundable damage deposit of $500 is payable at time of check-in.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo with our 2 adult sons and 1 daughter-in-law. The layout was perfect as the two couples and single adult son had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with all you'd need to cook your own meals. There's a cafe poolside with quite a full menu and service provided poolside. The gym is well equipped. The pools are so nice. We walked the beaches extensively and felt like this was the best option. Definitely we'd go back to this condo! Taking the bus was easy and a fun adventure. Two Soriana grocery stores are within walking distance and Costco is a bit further but walkable for most and a cab ride home with your groceries will only cost $30-$40 pesos.
The value you get with this condo is excellent. Count yourself lucky if you can book your vacation here. If you're active types there is a lot to do in the Puerto Vallarta area. Coming back home to this condo was greatly anticipated by us as late afternoon to evening the pool clears out almost completely.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
