Malibu Courtyard in Santa Monica

25 minutes from Santa Monica by way of the Pacific Coast Highway and within easy walking distance of Zuma beach (which can be reached without walking across the highway). The house has four bedrooms around a central courtyard and a large backyard that is well shielded from neighboring houses. It is very private as it is located by itself at the end of a cul de sac.The master bedroom has French doors to the private outside garden in front-not shown in picture and has a king bed and the marble bath, with a shower with a glass ceiling to the sky.The dining room is open to the kitchen, and looks out on the garden.The kitchen has top notch appliances such as a very quiet Bosch dishwasher, a gas industrial range and stove, microwave/convection oven, a filtered water system for the ice maker, and water dispenser for the refrigerator. Outside is a gas and charcoal barbecue - depending on your preference. There is also a wrought iron couch and chairs with pillows for outdoor living. There are three more bedrooms and a convertible den in the house. One with a single bed, a bath with a large walk in shower, a steam bath, plus a very shallow tub for toddlers. I also have a crib available. The next bedroom has a loft with a queen bed and window (porthole) where my surfer son used to look at the waves.
