style. A stones' throw from the warm waters of Cape Cod Bay at Campground Beach. 
Sandy beach perfect for small children. Off-street parking for two cars. Private yard with 
picinic table and Weber charcoal grille. 12 x 12 screend porch with porch furniture.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything you need for your Cape Cod Vacation. Pots, pans, lobster pot, glasses and 
dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, and microwave and of course, a gas range. Table in 
kitchen for indoor dinning or large picnic table in the yard for outdoor eating. Cable TV, 
VCR, CD player and radio, games and books. Indoor and outdoor showers. Blankets are 
provided. Renter supplies their own bed sheets and linens. Master bedroom has double 
bed, smaller bedroom has built-in bunk beds--sleeps two. Sleeper sofa in the living 
room--sleeps one.

Activities and Attractions

Miles of sand flats to explore at low tide. Quiet neighborhood, mostly families with kids. 
Many restaurants nearby, Cape Cod National Seashore just 5 minutes by car. Bike Path 
nearby. Wellfleet Drive-In Theater just minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rental Season--$1500 per week last two weeks of June through Labor Day. 
Off Season --$1000 per week April 1 through first two weeks of June and after Labor Day 
through October.
