THis new town home in Coconut Plantation is approx 1750 sq ft. There are 3 bedrooms 2 baths king in master, queen in bedroom two and two twins can be a king easily. Large Family room/kitchen and formal dining add to the comforts of home. Plasma TV in Family room and master.

Enjoy a quiet afternoon in the sleepy hamock grove withing this complex. Walk out the front gate to the KoOlina Station where there are 3 restaurants an ABC store complete with deli. A pink and white ice cream palor. Book a wonderful sunset cruise out of the private 270 slip Marina aboard the Hobicat. Walk to the Polynesian Paradise Cove for an authentic luau.
