Vacation Rental Description

Second floor, newly renovated beachfront condo with a balcony and
breathtaking view of the ocean. It overlooks the main pool and kiddy
pool. You can either take one of two elevators one floor down or
just one flight of steps and walk right onto the pool area AND THEN
ANOTHER SHORT 20 STEPS ONTO THE BEACH AND OCEAN.

The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with new pillow-top
mattress and remodeled master-bathroom. The second bedroom has a
queen bed with a pillow-top
mattress and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which has a pull-
out trundle(two singles). There are also two roll-out cots available.

The newly remodeled kitchen boasts marble counters and top-quality
appliances. The recently remodeled bathrooms have lovely new tile,
tub and fixtures.

The 3 bedrooms have new bamboo hardwood flooring with area rugs.

The living area has marble flooring with area rugs.

The "Island/Caribbean" decor is different and charming.

Partial weeks only in off-season.
*3 night minimum plus $130 which covers cleaning and renters
insurance.
Renters insurance covers any accidental damage up to $250.00.

A REFUNDABLE security deposit of $100 required on all rentals.

Plus a weekly recreation fee paid directly to Sea Colony: approx.
$35/person in season; $10 in off season (free for under 4 years of
age during any season).

The recreation fee provides you with (2) parking permits and badges
which allows full access to all activities including the
indoor/outdoor pools, both fitness centers with spa/Jacuzzi and
world famous tennis facilities.
