Only a short ride from Naples Causeway, hour from North Conway, swimming, golf, driving range,mini-golf, seaplane rides,river boat. Water access to Tricky Pond with private association boat launch as well as large new boat launch to Tricky Pond. Great for water skiing and fishing. Also water access 15 minutes down the road to Sebago Lake through the State Park. Beautiful beaches right around the corner from the boat launch with shallow water making it great for kids!!
