The condo is on the 2nd floor with elevator access.This condos
lounge,master bedroom and furnished lanai face west with a beautiful
outlook over trees/shrubs and newly renovated golf course. The Lanai has recently been screened in to give an extra 'room'.

Renters are able to play golf at Tara, a private club,by payment of a
$200 fee (cart rental only payable. This Membership also includes the
facilities within the newly renovated clubhouse,  pool, tennis, great restaurant & fitness center.
Opposite the condo is a heated pool/hot tub and tennis court.

The condo is situated on State Road 70, approx 1 mile west of
Interstate 75.
The surrounding area offers white sandy beaches,cultural events,
excellent restaurants, shopping malls and many local golf courses,
good fishing, and perfect weather all year round.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge and dining area seating
six, a fully fitted and well-equipped eat-in kitche, a master bedroom
with king bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room with w.c. and a
second bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom.
Both bedrooms have ample closet space.

There is a separate utility area in the apartment comprising a washer
and dryer.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and is newly furnished and
decorated giving easy and comfortable living in a pleasant
atmosphere. The lanai is fully screened allowing the outside to be
enjoyed at all times, especially enjoyable for relaxing at sunset!

Free local telephone service is provided with telephones in the
kitchen and the master bedroom. There is cable TV in the living room
and master bedroom. Electricity is included in the rental fee.
