The condo is located on the Tampa side of the long bridge connecting Tampa to Clearwater. A perfect walking distance to fish or take a joy ride on the beach. It's within walking distance of
public beach. Golf Course, Rusty Pelican Restaurant, Crabby's Bills restaurant,Landry's Restaurant, Bahama Breeze Restaurant, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Westin Hotel, Hyatt, Doubletree and about four minutes drive to Tampa International Airport.

Vacation Rental Features

Resort style community, new appliences, Wireless Internet, cable with movie channels, 1 king size, 1 Queen size and 1 Sofa beds and a fresh air balcony to watch sunset on the water.
