The large patio area has firepit, BBQ, observation deck (roof top) and gas fireplace is perfect for spending hours of outdoor entertaining.  The grounds our surrounded by barrier walls.

Private Plunge Pool/Spa is complete for the season but please note there is a utility cap on usage to the hot tub. The jet are theraputic and the area is very private for your home. 

Small pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

Policies on Payment and Deposits

Security Deposit required at time of signing 1/2 months rental,  along with rental contract (this deposit is non-refundable if there is a cancellation on reservation)

Pet Deposit (if applicable) $500.00 - refundable.

Cleaning fee of $250.00 - non refundable.

Rental and balance of Security deposit due 10 days prior to check in.

Deposit (s) to be returned after inspection of property and within 10 days of check out.

Minimum rental is for 30 night stay (based on double occupancy) but please check with management as occasionally, depending on month, a lesser time period of rental is considered.

Terms of rental: Upon signing of rental agreement a security deposit of 1/2 months rent is required (this is non refundable if there is a cancellation of reservation).Balance of rent for contract and security deposit required 10 days prior to check in.

All security deposit will be returned within 10 days of check out.
