SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500.00 Fully REFUNABLE security deposit

The security deposit will be returned to the renter 10 days after
your departure.

Lodging Tax: 0%
Other Fees: We DO NOT charge any additional fees such as cleaning or administration fees.

Deposits: To reserve the property the initial deposit is about $1500 for weekly rental, The remaining balance of the rental fee is to be paid in full 60 days prior to rental dates.
