This cozy two bedroom home sits at the edge of a beautiful, wild flower filled meadow.  It is at the mouth of Perkins Cove and a stones throw from the trolley stop that takes you to the downtown area, the main beach and nearby York.  It is also extremely close to the Marginal Way which runs a little more than a mile along our rocky coastline with Perkins Cove on one end, the baby beach in the middle and Ogunquit Village on the other.  Although all of the shops, fine restaurants, fishing boats and entertainment are within walking distance the cottage sits in a private community just off the beaten path.
