This year round home is located 1 mile from two beautiful beaches on Drakes Island in Wells, ME. It is a great spot for jogging, walking or biking as the house is on the road leading to the beach.  There is plenty of room both inside and out for your family.

Drakes Island has expansive sandy beaches that offer opportunities for swimming, boating, fishing, tide pool exploration, birdwatching. and relaxation. The beaches have lifeguards on duty 7 days a week from June through September. Each beach has a public parking lot and bathroom facilities.

Located minutes from the Maine Turnpike and within short drives to both Ogunquit (6.5 miles) and Kennebunk (4 miles). You get the best of the quiet and relaxing Maine atmosphere while having plenty of activity opportunities!
