This home features 7 master suites, a commercial grade elevator that runs to all 4 levels, 4 ice makers, 2 steam showers, 3 continual hot water systems, 9 fireplaces,  a gulf front swimming pool and two hot tubs along with its own private gulf access.  All floors are accessible by stairs or by the private elevator.

1st Floor:

As you enter the massive front doors you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features, including carved stone columns and a free standing hand-designed balustrade curved staircase featuring a masterfully intricate design.  The glass doors and windows give you a marvelous view of the Gulf from almost every room. The travertine stone floors in the great room and dining area lead you to a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen with double ovens.  A two sided fireplace separates the living and dining room along with a wet bar.  This floor also features an impressive laundry room and large butler’s pantry, as well as a one bedroom suite.  After a day of playing at the beach, you can head out the glass doors and  relax and swim in the private salt-water pool with infinity edge hot tub and shooting fountains, featuring fiber optic lighting.

2nd Floor:

The second floor features four master suites with their own private bathroom, featuring hand selected marble from around the world and specially crafted fixtures, along with each suite’s own fireplace and access to the covered terrace and views of the gulf.  Enjoy the beautiful travertine floors with custom inlay tile.

3rd Floor:

The third floor is devoted to the Grand Master Suite, which also features a luxury private bathroom with jetted spa tub and private shower, a two sided fireplace with a separate sitting room with flat screen television, and a wet bar along with access to the private covered terrace overlooking the Gulf. This floor also features a laundry room and private office. The fourth floor features an open deck with a private hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and a relaxing sitting room with a wet bar and full bath.
