Bright and cheery home on the Shuswap in Shuswap Lake

Large 1400 square home has 2 large bedrooms both with Queen size beds and 2 full bathrooms.  All of the floors are polished wood - fir and birch.  The liveng room boasts a large screen TV and cable.  Both the kitchen and livingroom face the lake and the fabulous view is framed floor to ceiling by large picture windows.  From the spacious wrap around deck you have access right out onto the sand for a lovely walk along the long sandy beach or a plunge into the lake.

It has a fully equipt kitchen with a large fridge. stove with oven, microwave and a hardwood table.  There is also a washer and dryer.

There are great neighbours and we ask all quests to be considerate especially about noise.

-rates:(based on 2 adults 2 children)  $1600/wk

     -extra child  $100/wk     -extra adult  $200/wk

-weekly rental is Sunday to Sunday-check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am

Renter is responsible for cleaning the cabin (to the same condition as when you arrived)

-50% booking fee is required to hold the cabin and the balance is to be paid upon arrival

-damage deposit required and it will be refunded a week after departure
