2 bedroom, 2 bathroom tennis view condo ...no need to drive to the beach..about a 5 minute walk from the condo to our private boardwalk where you catch our golf cart shuttle to gorgeous uncrowded beach..... or sip a refreshing cocktail at CoCo's ocean view Grille! (complete with restroom)
Our villa is a larger 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with washer and dryer in the villa and full kitchen with all new cookware and appliances!
Condo is updated with granite countertops, tile backsplash, new pint, carpet, new queen size bed!! thjree flat screen TVs and DVD player. Deli / gift shop on-site, 3 pools (including indoor poool and hot tub) sauna, on site bike rentals, bike path connecting to rest of the island. 6 lighted tennis courts (free - must wear proper attire). Several golf courses near by. Free WiFi in the indoor pool building or it's is easily accessible within the condo for a nominal free through Hargray Communications.

3 pools , including one indoor pool with hot tub, jogging track, fitness room, sauna. Bring your laptop.....free WiFi at the main pool and in the Atrium building!! Bike rentals on-site and bike paths that connect to the rest of the island.

No pets, no smoking (ok on balcony), no more than 6 people, only 4 adults (18+) Occupancy limit strictly enforced by resort....no exceptions. Must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent this villa No exceptions.

$ 100 deposit reserves your week. Balance due 3 weeks prior to check in. We accept payment by check or credit card payments via PayPal (add 3% for cc payment) No refunds for cancellations but reschedules are fine.
Add 11% tax and $80 cleaning fee to all rates Peak summer Sat. - Sat. (otherwise 3 night min. based on availabilty) There is a refundable key/damage.
