The Perch sits up high, over a garage (which is used only for storage, not for vehicles), with terrific views of a salt marsh estuary. The winding salt creek and marsh attract wildlife in abundance and offer a quiet place to observe and explore the wonders of the unspoiled coastal waters of Down East Maine. The Perch offers simple and very affordable apartment accommodations for ecotourists, writers, artists, and people who just want to escape to a natural paradise. Two bedrooms, one bath. Fully equipped kitchen. WiFi, Cable TV. Great cell phone reception. Private deck with water views. Bed & bath Linen Provided. Turn over day is Sunday.

May - October: $450 wk plus 7% tax.
Pet Considered: One small to mid-sized dog is allowed with prior approval. Pet fee of $50/wk is added to rent. Prior approval required for pets.
Damage Deposit Requried: $200 refundable damage deposit. ($250 with a pet.)
Reservations and payments: Half of rent is due when placing reservation. Remaining half of rent, tax, plus refundable damage deposit due six weeks in advance of stay. Damage deposit is returned promptly after your stay, assuming there is no damage.
