Located in a prviate spot at the end of a lane, this property has it all -- privacy, incredible water views, your own fresh water pond, distant views of Machiasport village and your own ocean island! What a rare treat for the senses! Indian Point House sits on an old site that has been thoughtfully preserved for historical value but updated for modern living. Walls of windows look out onto the water and the water beckons. Modern conveniences and comforts help you relax after busy days exploring. Three bedrooms and two baths provide ample room for the family. Wifi, Phone, Cable TV. Fully Equipped Kitchen. Living room, TV room, and study. Bed & Bath Linen Provided. Tunr over day is Saturday.

May, June, September, October: $800 wk plus 7% tax.
July & August: $1200 wk plus 7% tax.

Ask about winter and long term availability and rates.

Pet Considered: Small to mid-sized dog is allowed with prior approval. Pet fee of $100/wk per pet is added to rent.

Damage Deposit Requried: $500 refundable damage deposit. ($550 with a pet.)

Reservations and payments: Half of rent is due when placing reservation. Remaining half of rent, tax, plus refundable damage deposit due six weeks in advance of stay. Damage deposit is returned promptly after your stay, assuming there is no damage.
