Sea Colony is a private resort community that contains 12 pools, 34 tennis courts, and the Freeman Fitness Center with a 25 yard lap indoor pool. The community has "around the clock security", hiking, biking, access to premier golf and much more.

Sea Colony requires guest purchase badges for beach access and parking. The rates are:

Reservations can be made with a 50% deposit and full payment due 30 days prior to rental. A $200 dollar refundable security deposit is also added to be refunded when keys are returned and once unit is cleared.
Payment can be made via Paypal or personal check
Rates do not include sea colony recreation badges.
