Another bedroom has a Queen bed, also with a private entrance and view over the pool area. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. A full bath is situated in between the Queen bedroom and the Twin bedroom.

Cable TV´s in all rooms, with a 55´´ (incl DVD) in the great room and a 42´´ in the Master bedroom.  High speed wiireless internet and telephone is also available in the home.

Enjoy a fully equipped bright and white kitchen and a brand new front loaded full capacity washer and dryer.  If you would like to cook outdoor – the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a grill and a refrigerator.

My house is centrally located with southern exposure and walking distance (3 – 5 minutes) to the beautiful Esplanade with boat docks and restaurants as well as Marco Shopping center, Winn Dixie and Starbucks. The area is very quiet. Two public beaches are available within 3 – 7 minutes by car. The closest public beach is the breathtaking Tigertail Beach.

Airports:
1/2 hour to Naples, 45 minutes to Ft. Myers, 1 1/2 hours to Ft. Lauderdale, 2 hours to Miami and 3 hours to Tampa.

Add 10% for state and county taxes and $200 for exit cleaning.
There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit. Security deposit is
refundable after home is checked for no damage or missing items.

One week minimum required. Saturday - Saturday.
