This property is only about 1/2 mile from the public boat ramp and approximately 5 miles from the beautiful beach! It has been newly remodeled inside. The house has a canal on 2 sides with access to available canoe.

Fully furnished. Includes washer and dryer, linens. Full kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.

Outside patio grill.

Does not have central heat and air. However, it does have a A/C & Heat wall unit in the living room and A/C only wall unit in bedrooms.
